We specialize in small businesses and are fully committed to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. Our strong client relationships enable us to fully understand the needs of our clients, while taking into consideration their business goals and objectives.
We specialize in tax and accounting for small businesses because we understand what it is like to be a small business. Our passion to help small business owners succeed is so great that we volunteer our time to teach tax and accounting classes to business owners for the Community Economic Development Fund, which provides financial and technical support to small businesses.
The firm has grown from two to twelve employees in just a few years. Our growth was the result of hiring the right people and providing great client service. For years Ed has had a dream, a vision of a location with the resources necessary to meet the needs of his team and clients. Due to our growth, in November 2012 we moved the office to 210 Route 32 in Franklin, CT, where we opened "The Solution Center". We are excited to say that our new location is that vision.

We provide a service to our clients that is second to none. All services are tailor made to meet our clients’ needs. If we do not offer a service, we are very comfortable introducing our clients to one of our great referral partners.
We regularly update our technology while improving our processes to better meet our client's needs. The latest upgrade that we have made is the creation of "The Solution Center", which has been referred to as " an incubator" for business. We have grown from 900 square feet to 7,000 square feet. Our office occupies 3,800 square feet which includes a 500+ square foot training center where we will offer training to businesses, individuals and other professionals. The remaining 3,200 square feet will be rented to referral partners. Currently, we have a financial advisor and a marketing specialist. We are looking for other professionals who can help meet the needs of our clients. These would include possibly a business attorney, VOIP & networking company and an insurance agency.
